Bolognese - So simple, so delicious! Bolognese sauce seasoning mix based on Marcella Hazan's famous recipe. This meal starter kit makes enough for 6 servings. Bolognese meal starter kit calls for ground beef but it's equally delicious with ground turkey or Impossible burger. Leftovers freeze beautifully or store in refrigerator for lunch or dinner for the week. From start to finish this bolognese sauce is done in 35 minutes in the instant pot. Simply chop one onion, brown along with protein of choice, add 1 cup white wine, sprinkle on contents of bolognese meal starter, add 1 can chopped tomatoes, 1 cup milk and pasta if desired. Cook in instant pot for 4 minutes.
